About the Project

A high-energy workspace for a fast-growing Jakarta tech startup, designed to attract talent and encourage collaboration. Open workstations, glass-walled meeting rooms, and a central social hub create an environment that is both productive and inspiring.

The Challenge

Fitting 80 workstations into a 400m² space while maintaining acoustic comfort, natural light access, and areas for focused individual work.

The Solution

We developed a layered acoustic plan using fabric panels and planting as natural sound buffers, combined with a flexible furniture system that allows the layout to adapt as the team grows.
