Rumah Nanta — Contemporary Tropical Living

About the Project

Nantha Residence is a contemporary tropical home designed to balance modern comfort with the warmth of natural materials. Clean architectural forms, timber accents, open-plan interiors, and lush landscaping create an elegant yet welcoming family residence.

The Challenge

The key challenge was creating a spacious and functional home while maintaining privacy, natural light, and a strong connection to the tropical surroundings. The interior also needed to integrate the living, dining, and kitchen areas without making the space feel crowded.

The Solution

ZEF Living combined high ceilings, generous openings, warm wood finishes, and carefully planned greenery to soften the modern structure. An open-plan layout improves movement between spaces, while custom-built storage and layered lighting keep the interior practical, organised, and comfortable.
