About the Project

Villa Seminyak is a private luxury residence nestled in the heart of Seminyak, designed to blur the boundary between indoor living and the lush tropical garden. Every material was hand-selected to reflect Bali's natural palette — raw teak, volcanic stone, and handwoven rattan.

The Challenge

The client wanted an open, airy villa that maintained privacy from neighboring properties while maximizing garden views from every room.

The Solution

We designed a series of layered louvers and tropical screening walls that allow airflow and filtered light while creating a strong sense of enclosure and privacy.
